We have received excellent service from Custom Comfort. Taylor in the office has been easy to work with and quickly responsive. Technicians Matt and Chris who installed a new water heater and a new humidifier arrived at the time promised and professionally completed both installations leaving the working space clean and ordered. Craig on a separate service call arrived quickly after our call and professionally attended to the repairs as required. I would highly recommend Custom Comfort.

Our boiler system failed which meant we had no heat or hot water. Custom comfort took time to explain our options and go over different options as this was going to be a very expensive replacement.
